Customer service is awesome!
I ordered old spot pork chops from this company when they were offering a discount and when I was finished ordering I got an email from them saying I could get another discount coupon off my next order so I reached out to them and they phoned me and said no problem. They would take it off my first order. Awesome!
When I got the order it was frozen so I emailed again and they told me that type of pork ships frozen and apologized for it not being listed on the website and they fixed it.
The lady even told me to phone in the next order and she would give me another discount for the inconvenience I had.
They stand behind their products and I must say they were the best pork chops
I ever tasted.
I definitely will be ordering from them again.
